We are seeking a high-level Salesforce CPQ Lead Developer to join a leading consulting organization supporting a client in the automotive industry. In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, guiding technical teams through complex implementations and advising on best practices across the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for the health of the project delivery and the growth of junior team members.

salary: $48.39 - 58.39 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

education: Bachelors



responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce CPQ solutions.
  • Act as the technical lead in team meetings, addressing roadblocks and progress.
  • Design and implement complex pricing and quoting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and efficient delivery.
  • Mentor and develop team members to ensure technical excellence.



qualifications:

8 years of deep technical experience with Salesforce CPQ.


6 years of experience within Salesforce Sales or Service Clouds.


Extensive experience in full-lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations.


Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform capabilities and customization.


Valid US work authorization.
