responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

New Product Introduction (NPI):

o Develop and maintain technical documentation.

o Validate form, fit, and function of newly developed products.

Continuous Product Improvement (CPI):

o Analyze and resolve defects in production-level products.

Advanced Technical Support:

o Provide high-level support to both internal teams and external customers.

o Triage and resolve escalated issues to restore customer production systems.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong customer focus, problem-solving abilities, and technical proficiency.

Project management experience.

Hands-on experience in supporting industrial or production technologies.

Proficiency with:

o Microsoft client and server platforms

o Azure

o Linux

o SQL Server

o TCP/IP networking

Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.

Experience in field service or mining applications is a plus.

Expertise in data gathering and analysis from multiple stakeholders to drive informed decisions.

Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.

Problem Solving: Proven ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions in diverse scenarios.

Education & Experience:

3-5 years of relevant experience, including work in NPI and CPI processes.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mining Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

o An associate degree may be accepted with additional relevant experience.

o Candidates with a master's degree may be considered overqualified.
