Financial services experience in Corporate / Wholesale Banking and/or Treasury / Cash Management would be a plus
Application development knowledge and experience
Interpreting business needs and applying innovative technology solutions
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Experience with SDLC / SW development processes (RUP, Agile, and Waterfall)
Experience in application implementation and maintenance.
Experience working with technical design process and models
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Able to lead small team and gather the status from team
Work efficiently in Onshore-Offshore model
Required Skills:
Senior developer/Tech Lead who needs minimal guidance, take ownership and be proactive in effective communication on issue resolutions.
Need an experience resource with proficient skills in Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, MQ, NDM, Microservices, Openshift, Docker, CI/CD using Jenkins & Agile methodologies.
