Epic Professional Billing Domain Owner

We have a 12 month contract opportunity for a Professional Billing Domain Owner - Systems Engineer. This role is fully remote but must work CST business hours.

Project: Revenue Cycle Optimization Initiative

Our Client is seeking a Systems Engineer to serve as the Professional Billing (PB) Domain Owner, leading the optimization of its Revenue Cycle platforms across a ministry market. The role will drive the transition from legacy applications to integrated Epic capabilities and/or implement new Epic features. This role will align technology with operational goals and enhance workflows to support streamlined Revenue Cycle operations.

- Lead the evaluation and implementation of Epic PB features to replace or enhance existing application functionalities, ensuring alignment with current and future processes.

-Define and maintain Epic PB product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy. Identify opportunities for product conversion and innovation within the domain requirements.

- Develop and manage the application roadmap, considering lifecycle, strategic alignment, growth and value for the technology application stack for a specific functional domain.

- Collaborates with vendor, market, business, informatics and our client

- Represent the PB domain in governance forums. Communicate product and technology roadmaps into the governance processes.

Skills/Experience:

-Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

-Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.

-Experience with implementing and supporting E pic PB platforms/applications

-Experience with providing technical leadership in Epic P B solutions, analyzing alternatives, and presenting technical options to leads and customers

-Experience with driving technical planning and solutions for E pic Professional Billing, including design, and justifying technical recommendations

-Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments

Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years relevant experience preferred.
