responsibilities:
Agile Delivery Leader:
1) Enable Agile Delivery: Ability to bring agile maturity (Standards, best practices) to the team
2) Facilitate Agile events: Sprint planning and review, Daily Standups, Retrospectives & PI planning
3) Partner closely with product owners to prioritize the work, refine backlogs (L3/L2/L1)
4) Ability to adopt AI capabilities in Jira tickets creation and maintenance
5) Address Jira Hygiene regularly
6) Enable Transparency for Stakeholders through dashboard and reporting
7) 7-10 years Experience as an Agile Delivery lead for a Technology Product
qualifications:
Required Qualifications: 5 years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Agile Delivery Leader:
