We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM Time and Payroll Consultant to join our Application Managed Services team. In this key role, you will be instrumental in supporting and optimizing our client's core SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll and Time Management systems. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical ABAP teams, and project managers to deliver mission-critical configurations and high-priority incident resolutions.

- Support SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll and Time Management(Positive and Negative)l configuration based on business requirements, with strong hands-on experience in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with business and IS partners.
- Handle high-priority incidents and effectively manage the incident queue.
- Assist in preparing functional design documents (FDDs), test plans, and test execution for configuration and change requests.
- Collaborate with the team during User Acceptance Testing(UAT) and help resolve functional defects.
- Participate in weekly status review calls with the client and internal teams to review progress of work
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications for system enhancements and custom developments.
- Work closely with ABAP HR technical team and integration teams for enhancements.
- Adhere to project timelines, documentation standards, and change management processes.
Education needed for the role: Batchers Degree (Computers) or Above
