Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Plan, modify, and execute IT projects and monitor progress, and deliverables. Confer with application and database architects, development team, stakeholders, product owners regarding automation, systems roadmaps, production issues. Develop and implement product and service features for applications, project plans, workflow/sequence diagrams, API data mappings, database structures, data flows, data domain models. Review customer journey mapping and feedback loops to deliver business solutions, user stories, UX/UI enhancements, analytics, systems, architecture, indexing. Build and maintain backlog. Analyze requirements, artifacts and system logs. Identify dependencies, bugs, and risks, handle customer facing content and messaging to optimize usability, perform acceptance testing. Document technical requirements, and performance metrics. Outline process flows, and incorporate database modifications, API specifications, error handling. Generate concepts for wireframes and prototypes, modify endpoints, identify changes in database schema, refine metadata models, define data transformation logic, streamline integration between front end and back end systems, and create test plans and cases, project status reports. Establish test criteria, troubleshoot, perform BI reporting, execute queries, select vendors. Use Agile, Jira, Java, Microservices, cloud-based platforms, REST API, SQL, Cosmos, NoSQL, RESTful web services, Visio, Draw.io, GitHub, Swagger, BitBucket, YAML, Datadog, ServiceNow, Splunk, Postman, SOAP UI, Oracle, Kibana, IntelliJ IDE, Atlassian, Confluence, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Azure Blob Storage, Insomnia. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have at least six (6) months of experience developing diagrams, data domain models, user stories, process flows; reviewing requirements, risks, error handling; documenting technical requirements; creating test cases; troubleshooting; using Agile, Jira, Java, Microservices, cloud-based platforms, REST API, SQL, Cosmos, NoSQL, RESTful web services, Visio, GitHub, Swagger, Datadog, ServiceNow, Splunk, Postman, SOAP UI, IntelliJ IDE, Atlassian, SharePoint, Azure Blob Storage, Insomnia. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $142,086 to $142,100/yr.
