- 10 years' experience in information technology, with 4 years of financial services, and 1-3 years of technical architecture experience
- Motivated and driven technologist with a proven track record with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and excellence
- Application development knowledge and experience
- Interpreting business needs and applying innovative technology solutions
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience with SDLC / SW development processes (RUP, Agile, and Waterfall)
- Experience in application implementation and maintenance.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Work efficiently in Onshore-Offshore model
- Needs minimal guidance, takes ownership and be proactive in effective communication on issue resolutions.
