Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical assistance and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Identify root causes of recurring issues and maintain a knowledge base.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and prioritize support tickets to meet SLAs.
- Contribute to IT upgrades and maintain technical documentation.
- Manage equipment inventory and coordinate repairs.
- Provide end-user training and onsite support, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Experience: 1-2 years in tech support; retail or distribution environment experience is a plus.
- Certifications: A certification is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility: Rotating after-hours on-call support required.
- Status: Temp-to-perm.
