CRM & Systems Support (1 years) - hands-on experience supporting CRM, database, application, or workflow systems.
Data Quality & Record Management (1 years) - experience with data cleanup, imports, exports, and reporting.
Systems Documentation & Testing (1 years) - writing process docs and testing form/workflow changes.
Additional Desired Skills
Salesforce platform administration
OpenWater application platform support
Network & Telecom troubleshooting (routers, TCP/IP, VPNs, Voice services)
ITIL methodology and change management exposure

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records in CRM, application, form, and related business systems.
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and duplicate entry removal.
- Assist with data cleanup, imports, exports, and routine operational reporting.
- Support administrative tasks, workflows, and issue resolution for CRM and system end-users.
- Document system processes, routine updates, and recurring technical issues.
- Assist with testing system changes, forms, workflows, integrations, and enhancements.
