We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Technical Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Transformation initiative, specifically focused on SAP S/4HANA integration. This is a high-impact position that requires a blend of deep SAP Finance technical knowledge, proven project management expertise, and strong executive communication skills.
You will support Program Managers and workstream leads by driving technical execution, managing interdependencies, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) is required. Master's degree is a plus and will be considered.
Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or Agile certifications)
Strong experience with SAP S4/Hana Integrations
A minimum of 10 years of SAP Finance PM experience
A minimum of 8 years managing SAP global projects
A minimum of 5 years of SAP Integration exp
Strong experience with SAP Finance Modules- FI, CO, Treasury, Cost Center, Profit Center, AR AP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop an integrated project plan across multiple workstreams and drive project delivery from it
Ability to synthesize large volumes of data and results/reports into actionable recommendations for client stakeholders
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively cross-functionally
Ability to influence and build consensus across disparate groups
Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make deadlines
Strong attention to detail and personal work ethic
A heart for people. Excellent relationship-building skills across teams, peers, clients, vendors

Responsibilities
- Help to define technical project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with development teams and other technology teams supporting the project
- Help to develop detailed technical project plans, timelines, and budgets; manage interdependencies and critical path milestones.
- Help to provide technical integration of SAP S4/Hana with the client's Edge systems
- Provide project execution guidance to facilitate project delivery for deliverables, milestones and tasks within your workstream
- Complete project management deliverables including status reports, project planning, and issue/risk management
- Solicit feedback/gain buy-in from senior leaders across the department or organization as needed on various workstream activities and decisions
- Identify and mitigate risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Build relationships with all key parties, specifically in IT, IT infrastructure, security and other technology domains to understand internal processes and ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables
- Work with enterprise change management personnel as required
- Support training efforts by reviewing and helping to manage the facilitation of training programs
- Seek feedback to capture and incorporate lessons learned
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, tools, and governance.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the overall success of the initiative
