Responsibilities
2 years of professional experience in systems engineering, operations support, or cloud infrastructure environments.
Demonstrated experience in automated cloud provisioning and infrastructure management (AWS preferred).
Solid capability in writing scripts (such as Python or PowerShell) to support environment automation and operations.

Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational support, including real-time incident troubleshooting, platform stabilization, and root-cause analysis.
- Perform and validate platform patching, system upgrades, and standard release deployments.
- Provision cloud infrastructure and support configuration automation using scripting tools and pipelines.
- Participate in a 24x7 global on-call rotation and maintain detailed operational runbooks and technical documentation.
2 years of professional experience in systems engineering, operations support, or cloud infrastructure environments.
Demonstrated experience in automated cloud provisioning and infrastructure management (AWS preferred).
Solid capability in writing scripts (such as Python or PowerShell) to support environment automation and operations.
