Job Summary
Join our Digital Modernization team as an independent ServiceNow CMDB Specialist. Our division focuses on creating, upgrading, and maintaining high-impact software applications and frameworks involved in massive software release life cycles. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing solutions, steering code quality, and building resilient configuration architectures that directly influence project outcomes.

work hours: 9am to 5pm

Responsibilities
Write, document, and test clean source code to maintain applications within the ServiceNow framework.
Analyze complex software and system problems, engineering deep technical fixes for unclear issues.
Guide configuration management, bug-fixing cycles, and system testing for software releases.
Collaborate with internal project teams and client stakeholders to influence solution design and architectural processes.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
4 to 8 years of prior software development and engineering experience with a Bachelor's Degree (or 2 to 6 years with a Master's Degree).
Strong background in writing, maintaining, and deploying configuration solutions inside the ServiceNow platform.
Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Ability to successfully clear a Public Trust security vetting process.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience coaching or reviewing the work of junior technical staff members.
Advanced technical understanding of CMDB environments and digital transformation projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability to influence solution approaches.
