Responsibilities

• Do you have any additional upcoming hiring needs or is this request part of a larger hiring initiative? The DIMS (Data Integration Managed Services) team owns a business-critical, Kafka-native platform that transforms, enriches, and standardizes real-time streaming data across Centene. DIMS converts incoming messages into common, application-agnostic canonical structures, enriches events and provides end-to-end reconciliation, lineage, error management, and event replay. The tech stack includes Kafkaa, Neo4j, MongoDB Atlas, PostgreSQL, Spring Boot, Vue 3, and AWS.
  
  

A Product Owner is needed to drive backlog prioritization, translate stakeholder asks into clear user stories, own the DIMS roadmap, and shield the team from the churn of ad-hoc requests so engineers can focus on delivery. The current and upcoming portfolio makes this especially urgent: DIMS is central to Marketplace Migrations (Softheon Waves 1 & 2), CMS/ONC Interop Regs Consent Management, Mission Simplify and Common Core initiatives.

• Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities and a description of the project (Outside of the Workday JD).

• Backlog refinement
• Identify definition of done (DoD)
• Test case development (with QA)
• Client Management (onboarding and issue management)
