Preferred Qualifications

Track record of translating complex backend workflows into intuitive product features.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap & Vision: Partner with business leaders to define, prioritize, and communicate product vision, roadmaps, and execution status to senior leadership and front-office teams.
- Vendor & Platform Management: Lead vendor evaluation efforts and manage ongoing relationships with software partners to execute strategic plans and optimize system capability.
- System Execution & Modernization: Act as the primary decision-maker across cross-functional teams executing product and platform enhancements.
- Business Case Development: Prepare comprehensive business cases for new products, feature requests, and system updates to drive business prioritization.
