Job Summary
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will serve as a technical cornerstone for our D.C.-based project, bridging the gap between sophisticated enterprise content management and high-performance mobile and web applications. You will leverage your deep expertise in AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud to build scalable solutions, while utilizing Angular and Ionic to deliver seamless, accessible user experiences. Operating within a SAFe Agile framework, you will be responsible for the full development lifecycle-from cloud-native deployment on AWS to ensuring every interface meets rigorous WCAG/ADA accessibility standards.

Responsibilities
Architect & Develop: Design and implement robust full-stack solutions using Angular for web and Ionic for cross-platform mobile applications.
Adobe Ecosystem Integration: Lead the development and customization of AEM components and workflows to support complex content delivery requirements.
Accessibility Stewardship: Act as the subject matter expert for WCAG 2.1 and ADA compliance, ensuring all digital products are inclusive and meet legal standards.
Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage application environments within AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
Agile Collaboration: Drive the SAFe Agile process by drafting precise user stories, participating in sprint ceremonies, and managing tasks within Jira and Confluence.
Quality Assurance: Partner closely with QA teams to develop testing strategies, perform code reviews, and maintain high code-quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
Technical Mastery: Extensive experience with Angular (v12 preferred), Ionic Framework, and the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) stack.
Cloud Proficiency: Proven track record of managing and deploying applications within an AWS environment.
Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of ADA and WCAG accessibility requirements and the tools used to validate them.
Enterprise Experience: Background in working within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments and a high level of comfort with Jira/Confluence.
Full-Stack Mindset: Ability to navigate seamlessly between frontend UI development and backend architectural needs.
Communication: Strong professional presence suitable for high-level stakeholders in the D.C. market.
