- Create and manage the RFx processes for complex products and services from strategic
- Develop and execute supplier negotiation strategies to maximize buying power, optimize
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, security, and legal to
- Drive cost savings and cost avoidance by proactively identifying new opportunities, such
- Manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure performance, cost efficiency, and
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new sourcing
- Implement procurement best practices and optimize Software and SaaS spend.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (MBA or
- 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, with
- Deep understanding of SaaS licensing models, pricing structures, and legal
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and decision-making skills.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience collaborating with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and demonstrable experience in
- Keen understanding of a wide array of IT contract forms including SaaS, Software
