Job Summary
The process analyst evaluates and assesses various processes and composes specifics plans to use that analysis to improve business performance. These analysts gather necessary information, perform data analysis, and maintain data and analyses for future use in financial planning. A process analyst must excel in strategic thinking, financial analysis, strategy development, and decision making. The process analyst will: Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs. Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs. Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways. Identify user needs from user requests and develop strategies by which to meet those needs. Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate quality of final analysis.

Responsibilities
Use of Visio to document process mapping and Microsoft Word to draft process documentation for ingestion into clients's governance document system.
Will support claims business process owner team in documenting existing processes as well as developing or enhancing existing processes.
Auto claims experience process ownership experience is helpful to include claims routing, guidewire, auto repair, and liability investigations. Candidate will help in documenting and refining processes.

- Plan and design business processes and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business systems and activities and/or to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop/advise on policies, standards, risk management and controls related to relevant processes
- Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow and business processes
