Our client's Digital Technology (DT) group is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the Infrastructure Program Engagement (PE) and Program Work Environment (PWE) teams. This position will contribute to developing, standardizing, and managing processes, tools, and metrics that enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
This is a remote role, with up to 25% domestic travel.

Responsibilities
- Logistics Management: Oversee operational workflows including procurement, financial coordination, data processing, and quality assurance.
- Process Improvement: Assess existing processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies, recommend and collaborate on enhancements, and track performance to measure progress.
- Data & Reporting: Perform data analysis and develop automated, easy to interpret dashboards and reports that support data driven decision making.
- Tools & Systems Support: Configure and maintain tools that enable and streamline operational processes and performance measurement.
- Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training and reference materials to drive adoption and support consistent execution.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 1 years of experience.
- U.S. Citizenship, required for access to program/contract information with optional ability to obtain a Secret or Top-Secret clearance, should future assignment warrant.
- Experience leading digital technology process improvement initiatives with measurable results.
- Experience collecting, cleansing, analyzing, and reporting data; familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to break down complex processes and identify solutions quickly.
- Knowledge of process and service improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience in government, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership, customers, teammates, and suppliers.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Certification in at least one process improvement methodology (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
