Responsibilities
- 10 years of experience in systems analysis focused on building software solutions for technology initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies and scrum tools - Jira, Jira Align experience desired.
- Experience in developing and authoring solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and API (Application Programming Interface) consumer tools such as Insomnia.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology subject area
- Ability to mentor and coach junior analysts across divergent functions, experiences, and geographies
- Ability to influence behavior without having an organizational hierarchy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and adaptive to organizational changes
- Ability to brainstorm with teams on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks.
- Effective communication and people-interaction skills
