Support the Department's Office of Information Technology (OIT), in a multiyear effort to gather, validate, and analyze business requirements for the development and implementation of Pega-based solutions. Responsibilities include defining and documenting business workflows, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and supporting the timely delivery of solutions that advance the Department's operational and strategic goals.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 4 years of high-tech industry, product engineering and/or IT work experience.
Experience in designing and developing software or hardware product.
Experience understanding business and customer requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions.
Experience with all phases of product development lifecycle, including the analysis, design, test and integration of products.
Experience developing design specifications and parameters that are in compliance with products' architectural blueprints.
Experience researching, evaluating, and incorporating new technology and tools to enhance the product development process.
Experience resolving customer complaints with products and responds to suggestions for improvement and enhancements.
Experience developing product user manuals.
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.

Design and develop software or hardware products.
Drive the analysis and design of technical solutions with an understanding of business and customer requirements.
Work within all phases of the product development lifecycle, including the analysis, design, testing, and integration of products.
Develop design specifications and parameters that follow products' architectural blueprints.
Research, evaluate, and incorporate new technology and tools to enhance the product development process.
Resolve customer complaints with products and respond to suggestions for improvement and enhancements.
Develop product user manuals.
