In this dynamic part-time role, you'll be the go-to frontline champion-guiding Tier 1 associates, keeping daily workflows seamless, and stepping up to lead shift coverage when it matters most.

Responsibilities
Rally the Frontline: Ensure Tier 1 associates are prepped, properly geared, fully equipped, and pumped for every shift.
Master Workflow & Rotation: Work alongside the Ground Handler Lead to assign roles, manage radio responsiveness, and balance break rotations while keeping total site coverage rock-solid.
Coach in Real Time: Offer instant procedural guidance, answer on-the-spot questions, and help associates crush their daily goals.
Keep Communication Flying: Relay daily priorities, policy updates, and client expectations clearly so the team stays locked in.
Eyes & Ears of Operations: Track attendance, address safety concerns, log shift handoffs, and keep the City Manager and Lead fully updated on ground performance.
Step Up as Point of Contact: Serve as the active lead whenever the Ground Handler Lead is away or temporarily offsite.
Flexible Coverage Power: As a Flex team member, you jump in when coverage needs arise-keeping operations running smoothly across shift rotations (aligned with predictable "A" or "B" schedules so you can plan your life ahead).

Qualifications
Requirements & Logistics
Valid driver's license (you'll be moving between multiple operational sites!).
Flexible availability from 6 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week (up to 40 hours/week max).
Must pass a background check and complete local training.
Bonus: Part 107 certification is NOT required-we'll teach you what you need to know!
