We are looking for a Senior IT Solutions Analyst with extensive experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), specifically the Fleet Management modules. The analyst will be responsible for designing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting OTM fleet solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, MIS, or Business Administration. Experience: 7 years of Solutions Design experience. OTM Specialization:

OTM Specialization
Deep knowledge of the OTM data model (including fleet-specific tables and driver/asset workflows).
Proficiency in OTM configuration and automation (agents, workflow logic, event triggers).
Advanced skills in server performance tuning and environment optimization.
Ability to analyze and resolve deadlocks, agent execution delays, and thread contention.
Proficiency in capacity planning for system scalability and resilience.
Other Requirements: Regular, predictable, full attendance, and willingness to travel as necessary. Familiarity with OTM Cloud migration is preferred.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- OTM Fleet Management:
- Possess hands-on expertise in OTM Fleet Management (driver management, equipment/power unit tracking, dispatching).
- Translate business requirements into scalable OTM fleet solutions.
- Configure and enhance OTM components (agents, workflows, statuses, route groups).
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and design solutions with minimal customization.
- Maintain a solid understanding of transportation, truckload operations, fleet optimization, and compliance.
- System Performance and Optimization:
- Monitor and troubleshoot OTM server-related issues (application performance, log analysis, environment stability).
- Perform root cause analysis for performance bottlenecks in agents, workflows, and integrations.
- Diagnose and resolve issues like thread management, agent delays, and deadlocks.
- Conduct database tuning and table optimization to improve OTM performance.
- Collaborate with System Administrators/DBAs on server load balancing, patching, and upgrades.
- Technical and Integration Skills:
- Strong PL/SQL skills for developing stored procedures, queries, triggers, and performance tuning.
- Integrate OTM with external systems (web services, XML, middleware, telematics/ELD).
- Develop and support reporting and analytics using BI Publisher and Tableau.
