Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Pike business field operations payroll finance and IT stakeholders
- Conduct discovery workshops and gather business requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Coordinate with offshore development and integration teams
- Review solution designs and ensure alignment with OFS best practices
- Support sprint planning backlog grooming and prioritization
- Facilitate SIT UAT defect triage and production deployment activities
- Manage risks dependencies assumptions and stakeholder communications
- Validate solution compliance with business processes and operational objectives
- Support training change management hypercare and knowledge transfer activities
- Provide regular status reporting to leadership and project governance teams
