Responsibilities
- Triage and action service desk tickets for computers
- Perform asset-management tasks including receiving assets, adding them to the database and assigning them to users
- Other IT support tasks as required
1-2 years of work-related experience
Strong understanding of Microsoft products
Outstanding communication and customer service skills

Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environment
