Delivers consistent service and proactive support to end users, resolving technical issues quickly and building trust through clear communication.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience with server maintenance, administration, and support and proficiency in server operating systems such as Windows and Linux
Knowledge of server security best practices
Prior experience working with Ignition Scada Platform
Experience in manufacturing operations
Preferred Experience:
Associate's degree in information systems or a related discipline or equivalent experience
Certification in server maintenance, such as CompTIA Server , MCSA, or RHCSA,
Familiar with SQL
Experience in manufacturing operations
Experience in general help desk/IT Support
Factory Talk AssetCentre Experience (nice to have)
Linux experience (nice to have)
Skills:

- User Trust & Responsiveness: Build credibility with plant controls engineers through consistent follow-through and prompt issue resolution.
- Autonomy & Mentorship: Work independently across ~115 plant locations while offering guidance and mentorship to junior team members (nice to have)
