Responsibilities
Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years focused on Guidewire.
Expert-level proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Proven experience in Guidewire Integration and Advanced Product Designer (APD).
Previous experience in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer role (2 years).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Lead the design, implementation, and integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.
- Translate complex project requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Mentor junior developers and facilitate collaborative team meetings.
- Evaluate new technologies to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Manage stakeholder communication regarding technical decisions and project milestones.
