EDP Change Enablement Analyst

Job Summary

Execute change enablement and communications activities for the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) program, with direction from the Change Enablement Lead. Translate approved change and communication strategies into action by engaging key stakeholders, participating in data product design sessions, documenting change impacts and producing enablement deliverables. Success is measured by organizational readiness for change, adoption rates and trust sentiment metrics for released EDP Data Products.

Responsibilities

• Support the Change Enablement Lead and Training Lead in executing change management, communication, and training plans for the EDP program.
• Participate in end-user discovery and design sessions with business stakeholders to help identify and document change impacts by persona.
• Develop communication deliverables including emails, release notes, Teams and SharePoint announcements, newsletter content and FAQs.
• Coordinate and maintain change champion sessions: schedule and support meetings, track engagement, and equip change champions with talking points and materials to cascade change within their teams.
• Support release readiness activities for each data product launch, including readiness checklists, training coordination, and go-live communications.
• Track and report adoption and engagement metrics (e.g., survey results, training completion, data product usage) to assess progress against plans. Provide analysis across departments, personas and data products to drive improvement actions.
• Maintain and update EDP change enablement artifacts, including data product catalog content, EDP Community SharePoint pages, and training materials, to keep them accurate and current.
• Draft and edit clear, audience-appropriate messaging, tailoring tone and format to specific audiences and their communication channels.
• Assist with logistics and materials for change enablement sessions, events, and other engagement activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

Experience in change management, communications and project coordination to drive tool adoption. Preferred: experience implementing or adoption of data products, data assets and dashboard or reports in the retail industry.

Skills And Qualifications

• Working knowledge of change management fundamentals - stakeholder engagement, readiness, communication, and training.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across audiences (leadership, business users, technical teams) and formats (email, Teams, newsletter, SharePoint).
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with business and technical stakeholders and follow up on commitments.
• Ability to create clear, accessible, and inclusive communications and learning materials for varied audiences.
• Comfortable presenting information and facilitating discussions with small to medium-sized stakeholder groups.
• Ability to organize and track multiple concurrent tasks and deliverables with strong attention to detail.
• Create surveys and analyze platform usage data, with the goal to report and present change enablement metrics.
• Foundational understanding of data concepts (data products, data domains, dashboards).
• Comfortable synthesizing input from Discovery and Design sessions into clear, persona-specific change impact summaries.
• Strong computer skills, including fluency with the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and generative AI productivity tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Change Enablement Team and other EDP program team members, and to proactively identify and escalate risks or blockers.
• Comfortable operating in an evolving program environment and adapt to changing priorities.
