Required Experience
- 7 years of IT project experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives (preferably digital commerce or customer-facing platforms).
- Provide project management support across assigned Digital POD(s) by managing a portfolio of discrete projects/initiatives (each with defined scope, start/end dates, and outcomes) operating within an ongoing product model.
- Direct experience managing complex projects involving retail technology, digital channels, and cross-team delivery coordination.
- Proven success delivering multi-workstream initiatives requiring systems integration, release/cutover planning, and adoption/enablement across business partners.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage escalations in high-visibility programs.
- Own integrated POD planning across all initiatives: portfolio-level milestone plan, dependency mapping (cross-team/cross-system), risk/issue management, and resource/capacity visibility in partnership with Product and Engineering leads.
- Own initiative-level planning artifacts per project (charter, delivery plan, milestones, RAID, communications plan) and roll up status into an integrated POD view.
- Coordinate cross-system impacts (e.g., digital commerce, identity, payments, content, fulfillment integrations) to support deployment/go-live readiness, cutover planning, and operational alignment.
- Partner with Digital Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to clarify support model boundaries (what qualifies as a project/initiative vs. ongoing POD operations) and align expectations for PM engagement.
- Facilitate intake, triage, prioritization, and escalation workflows across POD initiatives, ensuring decisions are documented and communicated through a consistent operating rhythm.
- Provide concise, decision-ready communications to leaders and stakeholders; escalate delivery risks with clear options, impacts, and recommended paths forward.
- Drive cross-team alignment to remove delivery blockers, reduce rework, and improve throughput by tightening handoffs, dependencies, and communications across digital workstreams.
- Coordinate deployment/go-live readiness activities across initiatives (test milestone tracking, stakeholder change communications, cutover planning, and post-go-live validation), partnering with Engineering for technical execution.
- Support incident, problem, and defect coordination as needed by facilitating triage, driving action tracking, and providing stakeholder updates; ensure lessons learned feed back into planning and readiness practices.
- Maintain delivery hygiene and visibility across POD initiatives by partnering with Product/Engineering on:
- Intake queues, triage workflows, and prioritization guardrails (e.g., severity definitions, escalation paths)
- Delivery dashboards and status reporting (milestones, blockers, risks/issues, decision log)
- Deployment calendar awareness and stakeholder communications across impacted partners (coordination and visibility)
- Governance rituals (weekly POD reviews, readiness checkpoints, executive readouts) with clear decisions and follow-ups
- Ensure delivery work is aligned to digital business outcomes (stability, conversion, customer experience, and operational efficiency) and that impacts are visible to stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps
- Strong dependency management and deployment/go-live readiness coordination, including cutover planning and stakeholder communications across multiple teams.
- Proven ability to drive accountability, maintain momentum, and deliver program outcomes in complex environments
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field (required).
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications strongly preferred.
