Responsibilities

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Experience writing, editing, and publishing digital content using modern content management applications
• Professional experience in benefits administration, outsourcing administration, and/or financial services
• Understanding of Workplace Investing product offerings and how the products are serviced
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Apply excellent business and technical writing skills, while managing or supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Build, edit, and publish succinct, clear, and effective content for diverse set of content consumers
• Perform content quality checks to ensure successful publishing and adherence to style guides/standards
• Collaborate with peers and partners to clarify requirements, prioritize delivery, and gain approvals prior to publication
• Balance both pace and quality in a high-volume production environment to satisfy tight delivery timeframes
• Employ excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting with internal business partners
• Understanding of how the various products and services administered or coordinated by Fidelity are serviced by WI associates

• Support content transformation efforts in DCMS that increase process automation, make content easier to produce and consume
