Job Summary
The Delivery Lead / Agile PM will drive project velocity, dependency tracking, and cross-functional governance across all three workstreams of the Amtrak analytics engagement. Acting as the primary operational link between the analytics working groups and Amtrak's internal Digital Technology (DT) team, this role ensures all technical documentation, decision logs, and meeting artifacts are delivered on strict SLAs. This individual will actively monitor project blockers, maintain risk registers, and facilitate weekly status check-ins to keep the $215k T&M engagement on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day delivery and task tracking across Power BI, Canonical PNR, and Databricks scope workstreams.
Facilitate weekly status check-ins with Amtrak stakeholders, maintaining shared project documentation and action registers.
Track, log, and manage third-party and internal IT dependencies (e.g., Digital Technology team, data access provisioning) and escalate blockers within two business days.
Enforce strict documentation SLAs, ensuring working group meeting notes and action logs are delivered within 2-3 business days.
Maintain the project edge case log and ensure technical escalation items contain full context before routing to DT engineers.
Qualifications
5 years of experience managing technical data, analytics, or business intelligence delivery projects. Proven track record leading delivery in matrixed enterprise environments with tight IT/Engineering dependencies. Experience with data governance workflows, working group facilitation, or BI deployment lifecycles. Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and project management tools. Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and SLA tracking capabilities.
