Data Entry Technician

Job Summary:

Are you the type of person who likes to enter a variety of computer data in the proper fields with speed and accuracy? In this applying skills role, you will process invoicing documents to customers and research and respond to internal and external invoicing questions. We're looking for strong data entry and communication skills including speed, accuracy, attention to detail, problem solving skills, good communication skills, and a pleasant personality.

Job Description

What You'll Do

• Process repair parts invoices, and related debit memos and credit memos by entering
  
  

freight and miscellaneous charges, terms codes, General Ledger accounting group codes

(AGC's), and notepad notes in sales orders, and emailing invoicing documents to dealers.

• Ensure accuracy and provide clarification by coordinating with Shipping, Pricing, and IT
  
  

to resolve internal and external invoicing questions and system issues.

• Cross-train and provide backup support to team members. Train summer students.
• Adhere to month-end and year-end special deadlines.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of three years of experience and/or training with invoicing or similar role; and/or
  
  

equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong computer entry skills with speed and accuracy.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solving skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
