Responsibilities

Analysts will be responsible for working with designated personnel (e.g. business unit personnel) to define and establish business and end user requirements and have the knowledge of the subject matter and of the business for which the requirements are being defined.

AI Intake & Portfolio Management

Manage assigned Generative AI intake requests from initial submission through assessment, approval, onboarding, and disposition/decommissioning.

Track intake progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely and accurate movement through the intake lifecycle.

Maintain ownership of intake cases and ensure work progresses efficiently across all required review stages.

Serve as a primary point of contact for AI consumers, product teams, and business stakeholders throughout the intake process.

Provide guidance on intake requirements, required documentation, review sequencing, and approval expectations.

Respond to inquiries and provide consultative support related to GenAI onboarding, governance requirements, and lifecycle expectations.

Qualifications

Ability to work in ambiguity, good time management and organization skills. Ability to build rapport and interface with crew at all levels.
