Responsibilities
Next Gen Architecture Modernization:
- Lead and oversee architectural transformation from monolithic to decoupled
- Certify architectural plans and designs, ensuring alignment with Next Gen Architecture
- Validate work-in-progress across engineering teams to ensure adherence to architectural
- Ensure architectural designs support platform scalability, elasticity, and performance
- Document and maintain architecture designs, technical specifications, and decision
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation to accelerate
- Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and recommendations.
- Build credibility and trust through hands-on participation in critical technical initiatives.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across the
- Review and approve architectural decisions for new features, integrations, and technical
- Conduct architecture reviews to ensure scalability, security, performance, and
- Define and maintain architectural guardrails that enable team autonomy while ensuring
- Drive adoption of modern development practices, architectural patterns, and AI-assisted

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in enterprise
- Proven experience leading enterprise architecture modernization initiatives, including

- Track record of hands-on technical leadership in complex, multi-team environments.
- Deep expertise in microservices architecture patterns, API design, and distributed
- Experience designing scalable, elastic architectures that support high-volume
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and modern application frameworks.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and data architecture principles.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance software development and
