Job Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. From processing orders to ensuring secure delivery, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process orders efficiently through our system.
- Pick items from designated shelves and carefully load them into delivery packages.
- Weigh, validate, and securely package orders before loading onto drones.
- Coordinate with the flight team to request aircraft when packages are ready for delivery.
- Safely transport packages from the packing area to the drone pickup location.
- Load aircraft with packages, ensuring they are securely fastened.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to transport packages if required.
- Comfortable working outdoors, with varying weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or delivery operations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments.
