Technical Skills

8 years in data engineering, data warehousing, or analytics architecture

1–2 years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience with production implementations, or deep Synapse/Power BI Premium experience with recent Fabric delivery

Strong T-SQL, PySpark/Python, and dimensional modelling skills

Experience with Delta Lake/Parquet, incremental loading, and CDC patterns

Working knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and semantic model design

Experience with Azure services (ADLS Gen2, Entra ID, Key Vault, Azure DevOps)

Strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions with both executives and engineers
