What are the responsibilities and job description for the CL A Dedicated Regional Home Wkly-100% No Touch-Rider & Pet Welcome position at Randolph Transport?
Class A drivers with 3 months experience run regional, home weekly and possibly through the house during the week,
- Dedicated account running DE, VA, WV, PA, NY, NJ and MD
- Starting pay is $.87-$.89CPM on about 1650 miles per week
- Riders and pets allowed after training.
- 50% drop n hook delivering building supplies and agricultural supplies to stores, again driver never touches the freight.
- Mostly day driving with drivers generally running 08:00-17:00
- Drivers can take the truck and trailer home with them or need to find secure location to park the truck
- Full benefits (including medical, dental, PTO, 401K and more) starts after 30 days of employment
DRIVER MUST LIVE WITHIN 75 MILES OF HARRISBURG IN ORDER TO QUALFIY
Requirements:
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years’
- No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years (major accident defined as over $25K in damage)
- No more than three incidents/accidents in the last three years
- No more than one highway accident in the last three years
- None of the following in the last three years:
o Reckless or careless
o Rear End or rollover
o Go off the offense date.
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years and no exceptions. Showing up for orientation counts as a job
- No more than 22 months of unemployment in the last 3 years
- IF terminated due to safety, will not be eligible for employment of 12 months and must have worked with another carrier during that time with no issues or incidents.
- All felonies must be more than 7 years old, any DUIs must be older than five years and if have more than one in a lifetime the oldest one must be prior to 2002 and can never be in a commercial vehicle.
