Randolph Public Schools Athletics Department is seeking a Girls Assistant Basketball Coach.
Job Description/Requirements:
Lead players in achieving academic and athletic success.
Maintain good relations with parents, officials, volunteers, and fans.
Lead character development opportunities with team, such as community service and team building events.
Attend and assist in running summer workouts
Attend staff meetings
Attend and lead fundraising events
Maintain MIAA, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
Effectively communicate and work with students, administrators, staff, parents, and the community.
Have a thorough knowledge of the athletic policy at Randolph High School, MIAA rules and regulations.
Be a positive role model and motivator, exhibit qualities of leadership and organizational ability.
Communicate with athletic trainers concerning injuries and student playing status.
