Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Leadership and Vision Articulate and implement a clear, compelling vision for the Early College program that aligns with district strategic goals and the school's mission. Model and promote a culture of high expectations, equity, inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement for students and staff. Lead all strategic planning, program evaluation, data reporting, and accreditation processes related to Early College and post-secondary programming. Coordinate the development and implementation of a comprehensive Grades 6–12 Early College pathway that provides students with structured opportunities to earn college credit and prepare for post-secondary success. Operational and Fiscal Management Supervise and evaluate the Randolph High School Guidance Counseling Department. Develop, manage, and monitor the program budget, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Oversee all administrative functions, including student registration, enrollment, master scheduling, and reporting. Serve as the primary administrator responsible for development and management of the Randolph High School master schedule, ensuring alignment with student needs, graduation requirements, Early College programming, and staffing resources. Manage the logistics of college partnerships, including course scheduling, textbook procurement, transportation coordination, and facility usage. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and reporting requirements. Develop the master schedule in collaboration with Principal, Assistant Principals, Guidance Counselors Instructional Leadership Supervise, evaluate, and support the professional growth of instructional staff, including high school teachers and adjunct college faculty. Oversee the development, alignment, and implementation of a rigorous, coherent curriculum that bridges secondary and post-secondary coursework. Utilize data to monitor student achievement, identify gaps, and drive instructional decisions and interventions. Ensure the use of research-based instructional strategies that engage all learners and promote critical thinking. Incorporate MyCap into 6-12 programming Coordinate and oversee the district's Advanced Placement (AP) program, including course access, student recruitment, teacher support, exam administration, and analysis of participation and performance data to increase student success and equitable access to rigorous coursework in collaboration with the AP Coordinators. Student Support and Intervention Systems Lead the school's RMTSS (Randolph Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) process and facilitate regular RMTSS meetings. Coordinate academic, behavioral, attendance, and social-emotional interventions for students requiring additional support, ensuring timely monitoring and follow-up alongside counselors and teaching staff. Collaborate with administrators, counselors, teachers, and support staff to implement tiered interventions and monitor student progress. Champion a supportive school culture that addresses the unique academic, social, and emotional needs of adolescents in both high school and college settings. Coordinate WIN programming that supports student success, college readiness, and post-secondary planning. Ensure effective and proactive communication with students, parents, and families. Manage student discipline in accordance with district policy and the student code of conduct. Partnership and Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison and relationship manager with Bridgewater State University, OneGoal, the DESE Early College Office, and other post-secondary partners. Co-chair the Early College Transformation/Success Team with internal and external stakeholders to address scheduling, curriculum alignment, faculty communication, and student support services. Negotiate and manage the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and annual operational agreements with college partners. Develop and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, workforce organizations, and community agencies to expand opportunities for students. Community Engagement Act as the primary spokesperson for the Early College Program and post-secondary initiatives, promoting their value and successes to students, families, and the community. Develop and lead a robust student recruitment and marketing strategy to attract a diverse and qualified applicant pool. Engage parents and community stakeholders through an active School Improvement Team, Advisory Board, and family outreach initiatives. Represent Randolph Public Schools at local, regional, and state meetings related to Early College, college access, and career readiness. Salary : $118,000 - $125,000
