Job Summary
This position will coordinate the activities of the patients, doctors and staff.
Technician Duties
· Perform preliminary and special testing for doctors.
· Interview patients to gather medical history
· Perform initial refraction to help determine patient’s glasses and contact prescription
· Assist doctors with patient care
Our ideal candidate will have:
· 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
· Optometry or Ophthalmology experience is preferred but not required.
· Attention to detail, ability to multi-task.
· Caring and warming attitude.
Hours:
Monday 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Tuesday 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Wednesday 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. (When not working Saturday in that week)
Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. (2 Saturdays/month)
