What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Facilities Support and Custodian Position position at Randolph Eastern School Corp?
Work Schedule Hours: 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Pay Benefits: $14.00 to $18.00 per hour with full-time benefits to begin after 30 days. Based on the candidate's experience and qualifications, with maintenance and repair. (Additional hourly consideration may be given for the right candidate)
Qualification Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Pass an extensive background check
- Experience with preventative maintenance or minor repairs is preferred
This role goes beyond traditional custodial work and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining facilities, and can assist with building needs—especially before, during, and after home events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily custodial cleaning and upkeep
- Facility support before, during, and after home events
- Perform ongoing preventative maintenance and light-to-minor repairs
- Some construction knowledge (Plumbing, Electrical)
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
