Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in law enforcement and have a certificate relevant to the field. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in CAD and GIS technologies, and the ability to negotiate effectively. The Operator will play a crucial role in managing operations, ensuring safety, and providing support in various situations.

Duties

• Operate and monitor equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize CAD and GIS technologies for mapping and navigation purposes.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and the public.
• Negotiate resolutions during conflicts or emergencies.
• Maintain knowledge of medical terminology to assist in emergency situations.
• Maintain and adhere to all confidentiality policies.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls through phone systems.
• Implement conflict management strategies to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in CAD and GIS technologies.
• Experience with conflict management techniques.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience with phone systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
