Randolph E-911 is the 24/7 centralized emergency services dispatching center for Randolph County, Indiana.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Public Safety Dispatcher at Randolph County E911 located in Winchester, IN. The Public Safety Dispatcher will be responsible for emergency medical dispatch, coordinating emergency services, dispatching personnel, communicating with various agencies, and assisting in law enforcement activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver's License
• Working Phone
• Clean record (No felony convictions)
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Certification in Emergency Dispatch is beneficial
• Emergency Medical Dispatch and Dispatching skills is beneficial
• Experience in Emergency Services is beneficial
• Familiarity with Law Enforcement procedures is a plus

Position Highlights:

2025 Starting Salary: $43,222.40 per year
