Randolph County Developmental Disability Services (RCDDS) is looking for a full-time Case Manager in Moberly, MO. Our Case Managers work to collaborate with individuals, families, and other professional team members to develop and implement individual support plans. As a Case Managers connect individuals and families with resources and services in the community and then monitor the value of those supports in helping individuals meet their needs and achieve personal goals. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and great benefits including PTO accrual starting your first day, medical and dental and vision, 11 paid holidays, and the ability to work from home after 90 days!
Case Managers work a 40-hour work week Monday through Friday. Once the probationary period is successfully completed, Case Managers will have the opportunity to work a base schedule with some remote hours.
