Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Clinical Supervisor / Program Supervisor to oversee ABA and behavior intervention services for individuals supported through Regional Center and Insurance funding . This position involves clinical oversight, RBT mentorship, caregiver collaboration, and ensuring services meet Regional Center standards and funding requirements.
The Clinical Supervisor will support behavior technicians and interventionists while helping ensure ethical, individualized, and effective service delivery across home and community settings.

Our team works closely with families to create individualized treatment and behavior plans to support skill development and behavioral growth. As a Behavior Technician (BT) on our team, you will play a critical role in implementing these plans under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Role:
- Supervise implementation of behavior intervention services
- Develop, modify, and oversee individualized behavior support programming
- Provide direct supervision, training, and feedback to behavior staff
- Conduct caregiver collaboration and parent training
- Review treatment progress and analyze behavioral data
- Ensure clinical documentation and service notes meet Regional Center requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and support teams
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, company policy, and ethical standards
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations
- Maintain oversight scheduling requirements and ensure supervision hours are completed according to authorization and funding expectations
- Responsible for making up missed supervision and/or oversight hours when sessions are canceled or rescheduled, with make-up services completed within the same calendar month whenever clinically and operationally appropriate
- Communicate proactively with families, staff, and leadership regarding scheduling changes and supervision coordination
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following Regional Center requirements:
Possess a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree and either:
- Twelve (12) semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and one (1) year of experience designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services; or
- Two (2) years of experience designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the Regional Center system
- Experience supervising Behavior Technicians or intervention staff
- Knowledge of adaptive living skills, behavior reduction programming, and caregiver training
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations as needed
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Masters Degree and or in currenlty pursuing a Masters Degree in a related field
