Collections Account Manager – Level I
Bozeman, MT | Credit Care Financial | In-Person
Monday- Friday 9am-6om | No Weekends
We are hiring for a performance-driven collections role with clear growth into Level II within 90 days. This position offers base pay plus weekly bonus opportunities tied directly to results.
This is not a passive role. This position is for individuals who are competitive, disciplined, and comfortable having direct conversations about money and accountability.

Compensation:
$20–23/hour base pay
Weekly performance bonuses based on account performance
Monthly bonus opportunities
Most team members earn $23–27/hour equivalent with bonuses

Clear path to Level II within 90 days
Core Responsibilities:
Collect payments on assigned customer accounts
Maintain high daily contact activity (calls, texts, follow-ups)
Drive accounts toward on-time status
Set and enforce clear payment expectations
Maintain accurate notes and account updates
Follow structured collection processes

Strong payment collection and follow-through
Keeping accounts current and reducing delinquency
Consistent improvement in account performance
