What You Will Be Doing
TheProduction Maintenance Technicianat theCentral Fulfillment Centeris responsible forallequipmentsupport. This involvesworkingclosely with the IT Specialist to ensureoptimalconditions for production equipment as well asperipherals, i.e., printers, scanners, and sensors. This will involve training and collaboration with the pharmacy automation vendor and sub-vendors who provide compressors, conveyors, andother equipment that support the production line. TheProduction Maintenance Technicianwould be troubleshooting, testing, and resolving equipment issues along with thevendor technicians.The role will also include site point-of-contactdutiesfora variety of maintenance tasks.
The position will be based inIrving, TX.Theroleprovides support for aproduction facility thatoperatesSaturday-Thursday on two shifts from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Flexibility will berequired. A typical 40-hourworkweekwith occasional overtime isto be expecteddepending on production needs/maintenance project work.

Main Responsibilities
- Act as site facilities maintenancepoint-of-contactforVendor and Albertsons TechnicalTeams for the installation, configuration,routine maintenance,and ongoing usability ofall equipment on site.
- Provide advanced support tomaintainproduction equipment and maximize equipment up time and reliability. Trouble shoot and repair equipmentin a timely mannerto return equipment to full production capability.Partners with vendors to resolve issues as needed.
- Identifyand research technical problems of varying complexity and follow through to resolution.
- Manage all equipment to ensure reliability, performance, security, and longevity, which includes installing,troubleshooting,and repairing equipment.
- Performminormaintenancetaskson site equipment,office furniture, etc.Will coordinate and partner withappropriate vendors/contractorsto address more involved maintenance project work.
- Perform preventive maintenance workas needed.
- Maintainappropriateinventoriesof spare partsandmanagewarranties, as well as vendorpreventativemaintenance visitsfor allequipmentat the site.
- Reports to theGeneral Managerand collaborates with the IT Specialist to ensurean optimal, technical environment to support the production line.
- Create and manage a safe environment around equipment for theteam– includingfork truckoperation andmaintenance.
- Accurately log/document all issues and work efforts.
- Assistwith the creation and maintenance of technicaldocuments.
- Clean andmaintainareas around sensitive equipment.
- Other duties as assignedconcurrentwith all applicable laws and regulations.
- A technical leaderwhothrivesin a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Mechanically inclinedindividualwhoenjoyssupporting and troubleshootingtechnical issues.

- Preferred:2-yeartechnical degree or equivalent experience working on conveyor system,industrialmaintenance, robotics, fork truck operation experience/certification
- Experience workingwithMS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work both independently andcollaboratively.
