What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients with genuine friendliness and professionalism
- Manage scheduling with precision, flexibility, and efficiency
- Coordinate patient flow to keep the day running smoothly
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and support patient needs
- Handle administrative tasks while maintaining a calm, upbeat presence
