We are looking to hire an Executive Director to lead our community in Decatur, Illinois!

As Executive Director you will use your business skills combined with your compassionate talents to serve the Independent, Assisted and Memory Care residents and a dedicated team of professionals.

Our leaders appreciate entrepreneurial challenges, have the ability to continually adjust to change, and have a desire to manage the community’s perception and opinion of the residence. It will also be very rewarding by allowing the Executive Director to work in the community where they live and to have an impact on seniors and their families

Relationships are key, whether it be delighting the residents, families, employees or other stakeholders. Each day will have different challenges and emotional rewards.

The primary purpose of this position is to develop, coordinate, direct, and lead a dynamic team of individuals to create remarkable experiences for seniors, families and our staff. The Executive Director leads and motivates employees in providing quality care and services to residents and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in health related field preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Must meet and maintain State Licensure requirements
• Desire to work with older adults and their families

Knowledge Requirements:

• Marketing and Sales expertise
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to assisted living
