RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall functions of the Nursing Services Department.

REQUIREMENTS
- Posses an active nursing license in the state of Indiana LPN or RN
- Nursing experience, preferably in long-term care / senior housing facility
- Prior experience in a leadership role (preferred not required)
- Geriatric experience with dementia knowledge preferred
